Quality score is one of the fundamentals in Google AdWords. Google AdWords quality score of the keyword according to the relevancy of ads. Google AdWords provide quality score out of 10. Google AdWords provide quality score only to keywords.

There are three parameters on which Google calculate the quality score of each keyboard
1. Landing page experience
2. Ad relevance
3. Expected CTR (click through rate)

In ad relevance the ad copy of a ads should be relevant and contained the targeted keywords. There are some techniques in AdWords by which we can improve our ad relevance.
We can use the DKI that is dynamic keyword insertion which means that the targeted keywords will be your headline which automatically improve your ad relevance.
Another technique is ad customizer, by which we can customize the headline 1, headline 2 and description as well according to each keyword.

If we able to do these following changes in our Campaigns and it's respective Landing Pages, then we can achieve good Quality Score and Hence we will pay less to google.
Note:- The higher your quality scores, the higher your Ad Rank, and the more impressions Google is willing to send your way. The lower your quality scores, the lower your Ad Rank, the less generous Google is with traffic.
